Lululemon 

Two posts in one day! Woop something must of come over me! I am doing well.

The best to wear doing sports is of course Lululemon Athletica. It is so comfortable and easy to wash. It breathes and is execellent for doing things like yoga. Ahh I just can't get over it because my mum bought me a new blue t-shirt that I wore to RPM and it was just perfect to wear (while struggling).

The pink tank on the left is definitely on my wish list! Frills represent me in a top. Everything I own has at least something close to a frill. This one though is just perfect for going to bikram, hot yoga, flow, the gym or even getting yourself to go for a run. 
                                                                       


The Breakfast Master

I am forever changing my breakfasts and looking for something new to try because I hate having the same thing day after day. I finally found something really good and delicious. This is Special K mixed berries cereal, Piako passionfruit yoghurt and berry coulis. If I want to change it up I occasionally add fresh fruit including mango, passionfruit, boysenberries, pineapple, pear, raspberries and strawberries. 

I reccomend going to produce stores that you know have organic suppliers or maybe they even grow their own! It will make you feel so much better about yourself and what you are eating. Enjoy!
